Welcome to the 99AIcreation learning platform (hereinafter referred to as “the Platform”). Before using the Platform, please carefully read and understand the following Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms”). By using the Platform, you agree to all the contents of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Scope of Services

The Platform provides various AI-related educational resources, online courses, and subscription services (collectively referred to as “Services”). The Platform reserves the right to add, modify, update, or discontinue any Services at any time without prior notice.

2. Registration and Account Security 

• Users are responsible for safeguarding their account, password, and related security information. The Platform is not liable for any losses resulting from failure to protect account information or password leaks.
• Without the Platform’s consent, accounts may not be transferred or lent to others.；Users may request account deletion at any time; deleted account data cannot be recovered. If a user violates these Terms, the Platform may suspend or terminate services at any time without liability.

3. User Conduct

3.1 Legal Use

• Users agree to comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction and shall not use the Platform for any illegal or inappropriate activities.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

• Users must not post or transmit defamatory, abusive, threatening, harassing, or other content that infringes on the rights of others.
• Users must not upload obscene, pornographic, fraudulent, false, or misleading information.
• Users must not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Platform, including but not limited to hacking or introducing viruses.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1  Platform Content

• All text, images, audio-visual content, programs, graphics, trademarks, and interface designs on the Platform are owned by the Company or authorized parties and are protected by Hong Kong SAR and international copyright laws.

4.2 User-Generated Content

• Comments, Q&A, and works posted by users on the Platform remain the intellectual property of the user. However, users grant the Platform a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, transmit, and promote such content without additional compensation.

5.  Privacy Policy

Please refer to the Platform’s Privacy Policy, which outlines the collection, use, protection, and disclosure of personal information.

6. Fees and Payments

6.1 Paid Services

• Certain courses or features on the Platform require payment. Pricing and plan details are subject to the Platform’s announcements or contracts.  
• The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time, effective upon announcement on the Platform.

6.2 Payment Methods

• Supported payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, and third-party payment services, as specified on the Platform’s pages.

6.3 Auto-Renewal

• Subscription plans will automatically renew and be charged before the end of the term. To cancel, users must take action via the Platform or contact customer service before the term expires.

6.4 Refund Policy

• Unless otherwise required by law or specified in special plans, all payments are non-refundable. Refund requests will be processed according to the terms outlined on individual service pages or contracts.

7. Online Courses

7.1 Course Content

• Courses include pre-recorded videos, materials, quizzes, and discussion forums. Faculty, materials, and content are subject to the announcements for each course period.

7.2 Learning Period

• The learning period for each course is determined by the purchased plan or contract. Extensions or repurchasing may be required after expiration.

7.3 Certificate Issuance

• Users who complete designated coursework and pass assessments may receive an electronic certificate. Certificates represent learning achievements only and have no legal effect.

8. Disclaimer

8.1 Services Provided “As Is”

• The Platform and its content and features are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties.

8.2 Limitation of Liabilit

• The Platform and its personnel are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

9.  Modification and Termination of Terms

9.1 Modification of Terms

• The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be announced on this page and take effect immediately. Please review them regularly.

9.2 Service Termination

• The Platform may suspend or terminate services to you at any time for any reason without liability.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The establishment, execution, and interpretation of these Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In case of disputes, both parties agree to the jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts as the court of first instance.

Payments Term

Welcome to the 99AIcreation platform (hereinafter referred to as “the Platform”). The following Payments Term governs the use of payment-related services, including subscriptions, courses, and other paid offerings provided by the Platform. These terms supplement the Platform’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By using the Platform’s paid services, you agree to be bound by these Payments Term, the Platform’s Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy (collectively referred to as “the Terms”). If there is any conflict between these Payments Term and the Terms of Service, these Payments Term shall prevail. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform’s paid services.

1. Introduction

The Payments Term applies to all payment-related activities on the Platform, including but not limited to purchasing courses, subscriptions, or other services. These terms outline the conditions for storing and managing payment methods, processing transactions, and handling billing disputes. By using the Platform’s paid services, you confirm that you:

Are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental/guardian consent if under 18.

Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with 99AIcreation.

Have a compatible device, internet access, and software meeting the Platform’s system requirements, which may change periodically.

The Platform reserves the right to modify these Payments Term at any time, with changes posted on this page and effective immediately. Continued use of paid services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Payment for Services

2.1 Paid Services

Certain features, such as online courses, subscriptions, or premium content, require payment. Pricing, availability, and details of these services are provided on the Platform’s relevant pages or in applicable contracts. Not all services or features are available in all regions.

2.2 Pricing Adjustments

The Platform may adjust pricing for any services at its discretion. Changes will be announced on the Platform and take effect immediately unless otherwise specified. Prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless otherwise stated, and users are responsible for any currency conversion fees.

2.3 Service Availability

The Platform does not guarantee the availability of any specific service or feature. Certain services may be subject to regional restrictions or compatibility requirements.

3. Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

You may store and manage payment methods (collectively “Payment Methods”) on the Platform, including:

Credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid cards (“Payment Cards”).

Bank accounts. 

Third-party payment accounts (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).

Other payment methods as specified on the Platform.

Payment Methods are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways. The Platform does not store full payment details but may retain limited information (e.g., transaction IDs, last four digits of cards) for record-keeping purposes.

3.2 Storing Payment Methods

You may add Payment Methods through the Platform’s interface, including the website, mobile app, or during checkout processes. To successfully store a Payment Method, you must provide complete, accurate, and valid information and keep it updated. The Platform may request additional information to verify your Payment Method or eligibility to use paid services.

When storing a Payment Method, the Platform may also save related information, such as your name, billing address, or other data to facilitate transactions (e.g., shipping address). You authorize the Platform to submit payment authorization requests or low-value charges to verify that your Payment Method is valid and in good standing with the provider.​

3.3 Eligibility and Restrictions

Not all Payment Methods are compatible with the Platform, and compatibility may vary by region or provider. You agree to use only Payment Methods that belong to you or for which you have explicit authorization (e.g., employer-authorized corporate cards). The Platform is not a party to any agreements between you and your Payment Method provider (e.g., card issuer, bank), and these Terms do not modify such agreements.

The Platform does not guarantee that a Payment Method is valid, eligible for transactions, or authorized by the provider. For issues related to Payment Method eligibility, availability, or balance, contact your Payment Method provider directly.

3.4 Removal of Payment Methods

A Payment Method may be removed from the Platform if：

You manually delete it from your account.

You delete your Platform account.

Your device is reset or cleared (e.g., via Android Device Manager).

Your device has not connected to any Platform services for 90 consecutive days.

You have not used the Payment Method on the Platform for 12 consecutive months.

The Payment Method provider or network instructs the Platform to remove it.

4. Transactions

4.1 Transactions on the Platform

When you initiate a transaction to purchase services, courses, or subscriptions on the Platform (a “Platform Transaction”), the Platform or its designated payment processor will charge your selected Payment Method. You authorize the Platform to charge your Payment Method or share necessary details with a third-party processor to complete the transaction. You also authorize the Platform to process refunds, reversals, or adjustments related to Platform Transactions.

The Platform is the seller in Platform Transactions unless otherwise specified. For details on specific transactions, including refund policies or dispute resolution, refer to the relevant service page or contact customer support.

If a charge to your selected Payment Method fails, the Platform may attempt to charge another valid Payment Method stored in your account. You can manage your Payment Methods via the Platform’s website, mobile app, or account settings. The Platform may resubmit a transaction to the payment network if it was previously declined or reversed, subject to applicable laws and policies.

4.2 Third-Party Transactions

When you use a Payment Method stored on the Platform to initiate a transaction with a third party (e.g., an external merchant or service provider, referred to as a “Third-Party Transaction”), the Platform may share your Payment Method details and related information (e.g., billing or shipping address) with the third party to process the payment. Third-Party Transactions may include purchases of goods/services, charitable donations, or other purposes facilitated through methods like:

In-store or contactless payments using NFC or barcode technology.

Transactions initiated via other interfaces (e.g., voice assistants).  

The Platform is not a party to Third-Party Transactions, which occur solely between you and the third party. For issues related to Third-Party Transactions, including refunds or disputes, contact the third party or your Payment Method provider directly.

4.3 Auto-Fill Functionality

If you enable auto-fill features on your browser or device, the Platform may display stored Payment Methods or related data (e.g., addresses) to automatically populate payment forms on third-party websites or apps. The Platform does not interact with the third party beyond filling the requested fields, and any resulting transactions are solely between you and the third party. For issues with auto-fill transactions, contact the third party or your Payment Method provider.

5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

5.1 Subscription Plans

Some services (e.g., premium memberships, course access) are offered on a subscription basis with recurring billing cycles (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually). Subscription details, including pricing and duration, are provided at purchase.

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. Renewal charges are applied to the Payment Method on file. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for each billing period until cancellation.

5.3 Cancellation

To cancel a subscription, submit a request through the Platform’s account settings or contact customer support at info@mail.99aicreator.com at least 48 hours before the renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds are issued for partial periods. You may continue accessing subscription content until the cycle ends.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Non-Refundable Payments

Unless required by law or specified in a service’s terms, all payments for courses, subscriptions, or other services are non-refundable once processed.

6.2 Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in cases such as:

Technical issues preventing access to purchased content.

Erroneous charges due to Platform error. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@mail.99aicreator.com within 7 days of the transaction, including transaction details and the reason for the request. The Platform will review requests and respond within 14 business days.

6.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original Payment Method within 14 business days, subject to any applicable fees. Refunds for Third-Party Transactions must be handled directly with the third party.

7. Taxes and Fees

7.1 Taxes

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Users are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies imposed by their local jurisdiction.

7.2 Transaction Fees

Users are responsible for any fees charged by their Payment Method provider, such as bank transfer fees or currency conversion charges.

8. Billing Disputes

8.1 Dispute Resolution

If you believe there is a billing error, contact info@mail.99aicreator.com within 30 days of the transaction, providing your account details, transaction ID, and a description of the issue. The Platform will investigate and respond within 14 business days.

8.2 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback with your Payment Method provider before resolving a dispute with the Platform may result in account suspension. Users are encouraged to resolve disputes directly with the Platform first.

9. Late Payments and Non-Payment

9.1  Overdue Payments

If a payment is overdue, access to paid services may be suspended until the balance is cleared.

10. Promotional Offers

10.1 Discounts and Trials

The Platform may offer promotional codes, discounts, or free trials. These are subject to specific terms provided at the time of the offer and may not be combined unless stated. 

10.2 Expiration

Promotional offers are valid only for the specified period and cannot be applied retroactively.

11. Termination for Non-Payment

The Platform may suspend or terminate access to services for users who fail to make timely payments or violate these Payments Term. No refunds or credits will be provided for services terminated due to non-payment.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Payments Term are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.
